What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Tool Technician position at Ranger Inc?
SUMMARY
The Rental Tool Technician is responsible for the cleaning, repairing, testing and maintenance of rental tools and equipment including BOPs, closing units, fishing & rental tools, trailers, and keeping a safe, clean, organized work area in the yard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean tools and equipment after jobs
- Maintain and test BOP's to API Standards
- Repair tools and equipment as needed
- Paint tools and equipment
- Deliver tools and equipment to customers as needed
- Schedule pick up of tools and equipment with customers after job completion
- Clean and organize the shop and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel as required
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER
Basic knowledge of MS Office Preferred
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings
