The Load Planner/CSR will be responsible for coordinating and planning freight loads to ensure efficient use of our fleet. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a professional demeanor when interacting with both customers and drivers.

• Dependable and reliable in all aspects of the job.

• Professional presentation and communication skills with both drivers and customers.
• Previous experience in trucking or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers to determine daily freight needs and ensure all trucks are adequately covered.
• Coordinate with internal teams and drivers to facilitate timely and efficient load planning.
• Utilize company software to manage freight operations, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve issues that arise during the transportation process, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
