MONDAY - THURSDAY
7:30 AM - 6:30 PM with a 90-Minute lunch
40 HOURS PER WEEK

Ranicki Chiropractic is a 100% cash, brain-based, and lifestyle/wellness-focused family practice, seeing 300 patient visits each week. We have a team of staff who work directly with our patients to take care of things like exams, x-rays, and a scribe to take exam notes, so the doctor can focus on patient care and results.
Our office is located just outside of Savannah, in Pooler, which has been recognized as the safest city in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
#1 Chiropractic Care and Education: Provide chiropractic adjustments and educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care for their overall well-being. Encourage patients to stick to their care plan by being in tune with their feedback and progress and by providing real-time guidance during adjustments to stay on track with their care.
Success Metric:
- Patient attends 90% of scheduled adjustments
- 50% of new patients re-sign a care plan
- Maintain a Patient Visit Average of 80
#2 New Patient Support: Create the burning desire for the patient to return to the ROF and start chiropractic care.
Success Metric:
- Patient schedules ROF appointment within one week of the new patient exam
- Patient care treatment plans have an average of 93% accuracy
#3 Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of patients' progress and treatment plans.
Success Metrics:
- Complete daily notes in ChiroTouch for all patients on the same day the patient is seen
- Review new patient folder and return to front desk within one week of new patient start for all new patients who started care
Ideal Adjusting Doctor Characteristics
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid license to practice chiropractic in the state of Georgia (able to obtain GA license)
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic philosophy, principles, techniques, and correction protocols
- Treats each patient as if they're the only one
- You're the favorite coach for each of your patients
- Humbly probably one of the smartest people in the room
