Automotive Maintenance Adjunct Instructors for St. Louis Location Available
Responsibilities include but are not limited to instructional planning, teaching, and evaluating students in a live work setting to include shop safety; assist in the maintenance of lab and classroom equipment; assist in maintaining requirements of NATEF standards; work with program advisory committee to maintain and enhance curriculum and assess program outcomes; and participate in available training to keep current in automotive technology.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
- Appropriate degree and/or equivalent experience as an automotive maintenance mechanic.
- Master ASE Certification
- ASE L1 Certification
- Teaching experience preferred but will train.
- Ability to motivate students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
