Job Overview
Ranon Logistics Network is a fast-paced logistics company providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our front office operations. This role will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with customer inquiries, quotes, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with generating and processing quotes and invoices.
- Provide customer support regarding logistics services.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and shipments.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating logistics requests.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and invoicing systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
