As a Sales Team Member, you’ll work across departments to develop in-depth knowledge of our clients’ industries and products while contributing to sales and customer engagement efforts.
Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact face-to-face with customers in various settings, such as in-store locations or community events, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and introducing client products and services.
- Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies, generate leads, and close new accounts by leveraging your expertise in client technology and offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with management and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training to gain industry knowledge, ensuring you can effectively represent our clients and provide accurate information to customers.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the sales process to uphold and enhance our clients’ brand reputation.
Sales Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Excel at problem-solving and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Available to work full-time, including day shifts.
- Show interest in growing their knowledge of telecommunications and related industries.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
