We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team and support the growth and development of new projects. The ideal candidate will be a great problem-solver dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term sales retention.
Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong customer service and active listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and complete the sales process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing sales accounts by addressing inquiries with professionalism, transparency, and ease while building genuine relationships.
- Participate in ongoing Entry Level Sales Manager meetings, webinars, and team-building activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to boost long-term retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the Client Success and Sales representatives to devise creative solutions for customer rebuttals and objections.
Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, technology, business development, hospitality, or other relevant client-facing roles.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with other Entry Level Sales Managers and sales representatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-discipline, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Excellent in-person communication and active listening abilities.
- Empathy and compassion when dealing with customers, clients, and team members.
- Confidence and perseverance to excel in this role.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
