RANR is a growing customer acquisition and sales firm in the Southern Florida region. We are projected to double in size before the end of the year, and are in need of a Team Member/Sales Associate to help us with our expansion goals. The Team Member/Sales Associate position plays a crucial role in our team's ability to provide our clients with new customers and a positive brand image.
Team Member/Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with fellow Team Member to conduct targeted community outreach initiatives on behalf of our clients
- Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients products and services to prospective customers
- Ask the necessary questions to develop an understanding of each customers individual needs and provide the best solutions for them
- Assist new customers through the enrollment process
- Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally
- Track all sales and enrollment information
Team Member/Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- This is an entry level position, therefore no prior experience is required, however some experience in a customer facing role is a plus!
- Comfortable working with a wide range of people and group sizes
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to commute to our office on a daily basis
- Able to work full time and start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
