As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Rapid City Area Schools, the Director of Human Resources administers all Human Resources operations and serves as advisor to the Superintendent in all matters pertaining to staff relations, labor management, and collective bargaining. Develop and promote positive and collaborative relationships between school district leadership and all staff groups.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. Minimum will be $115,000
