- Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and trauma
- 1.5 years general nursing experience (system requirement)
- BSN required
- Must be ICU level RN, willing to float to MedSurg/Tele
- Travelers must live >100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
- Hired into straight shift – see availability for posting; could potentially split shifts
- Weekend rotation: Every other
- Holiday Expectations: Every other
- Patient Types include: Complex ICU patients, Intermediate Care, Telemetry, MedSurg
- Patient Ratios: RN ICU – 1:1-3, IMC/Tele/MedSurg - 1:4-5
- Scrub Color: Navy blue
