Patient Ratios : OR 1 : 1, Pre-Op 1 : 2, PACU Phase I - 1 : 1 or 1 : 2, PACU Phase II - 1 : 2-3 Support on the Unit : Surgery and Pre-Op / PACU Charting System / Equipment : EPIC, Omnicell, Alaris Floating : RN : As needed (PreOp / PACU / Floor) Orientation : All specialties : 1 week Scheduling : Weekend rotation, Call, Holiday Expectations, Approval of time off.
