- General Information: Beds: 56
- PCU RN: Minimum Experience: 1 year with specific offer details needed if less than 1.5 years of experience
- Tele RN: Minimum Experience: 1 year with specific offer details needed if less than 1.5 years of experience
- LPN: Minimum Experience: 1 year with Telemetry experience required
- First-time traveler acceptance contingent on experience
- Patient Types: Variety of adult diagnoses
- Patient Ratios for RN, CNA outlined
- Will accept first-time travelers under certain conditions
- Travelers must live 100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
- Previous permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Support on the Unit: Details on CNA, Charge nurse, Phlebotomy, RT, Hospitalist
- Centralized Tele Monitoring provided
- Violent Incident Response team available
- Required Certifications for RN, LPN, CNA
- Required Education: Completion of a nursing program approved by a board of nursing; RN - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- Skills required including: ICU RNs qualified to float, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, rhythm interpretation, IV starts, and more

- Audits are done monthly for Pre/Post Pain Scoring with 90% compliance required
