Technical Targeting Analyst

RCS is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.
This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Reston, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

• Identify companies and capabilities of interest
• Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads
• Collaborate with internal and external partners

What you will do:

Required Qualifications/Education:
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 6 years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation
- 3 cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs
- Proven cyber and technical targeting background, and use of specific tools and databases to achieve technical objectives
- Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- 11 years of experience across technical competencies (analysis; network engineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technical collection; penetration testing; red teaming). 7 cumulative years with experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading and/or listening.
