Field Superintendent Job Description
Position Summary:
The Field Superintendent plays a critical role in overseeing daily field operations, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and field personnel. This position supports multiple Project Managers and is responsible for coordinating materials, labor, and quality control to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
● Assist multiple Project Managers in various capacities with project coordination and execution.
● Attend job site meetings to communicate and gather essential project information.
● Work with field personnel to resolve material and manpower challenges.
● Proactively identify and address potential issues related to schedules, quality, and site conditions (e.g., humidity).
● Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards in quality control, cleanliness, and material oversight.
● Coordinate supplier-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
● Participate in monthly meetings for select projects and conduct field reviews as needed.
● Develop relationships and establish procedures for supply-only jobs, ensuring smooth material receiving.
● Oversee low-voltage coordination as required.
● Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Persistence, creativity, and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in computer applications
● Knowledge of Division 6, Division 8, and Division 10 (a plus).
● A valid U.S. driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to navigate job sites, including wearing appropriate safety gear and standing for extended periods.
● Capability to climb multiple flights of stairs and work in various weather conditions (extreme heat or cold)
● Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
