Rapid Dry Restoration, a trusted name in building damage restoration, is seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Project Manager (RPM) to oversee water damage, fire damage, and reconstruction crews. Your Role
- Oversee water damage, fire damage, and reconstruction crews for quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Perform initial damage assessments and oversee mitigation tasks to restore structures.
- Train and mentor technicians to meet Rapid Dry Restoration and industry standards.
- Ensure job scoping, equipment use, and services meet operational and financial goals.
- Coordinate schedules with team leads, estimators, and office management.
- Manage subcontractors, temporary labor, and material costs.
- Conduct safety training, maintain OSHA compliance, and oversee PPE usage.
- Read and interpret Xactimate estimates and apply industry-specific knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in disaster restoration.
- Certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, or equivalent mold certifications.
- A proactive leader with project management experience (preferred).
- Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members while fostering a positive culture.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Xactimate and related tools.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime, travel locally and occasionally out-of-state, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks.
