- Key Responsibilities:AI Adoption & Enablement-
- Develop and execute strategies to drive AI adoption across the organization
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and teach-ins to upskill employees on AI tools and best practices
- Act as an AI evangelist, providing ongoing support and guidance to teams and individuals
- Training & Content Development
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including guides, videos, and self-service resources
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content
- Design and deliver scalable AI learning programs tailored to different user personas and experience levels
- Analytics & Reporting Track AI adoption metrics, engagement levels, and training effectiveness using data analytics tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on AI usage, challenges, and opportunities
- Use data-driven insights to refine adoption strategies and improve training content
- Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with leadership, IT, data teams, and end users to understand AI adoption challenges and opportunities
