Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Accounts payable processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on customer feedback, trends, and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, finding appropriate resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Case invoicing and collection calls.
- Perform other tasks as required.
