Position : Fire Alarm Service Technician
Compensation : $44.00 - $65.00 / Per Hour
- This is a Local 6 Union position within the San Francisco Bay Area
RapidFire Safety & Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. The Fire Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for Servicing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems with some installation, to ensure they operate effectively and comply with regulatory standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical troubleshooting background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities :
The Fire Alarm Service Technician will be required to perform any duties in connection with the testing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm equipment with some installation. In addition, perform clerical and other duties required such as keeping proper records of time, material, and operations. Testing and maintenance of all brands of equipment. Must participate in on-call rotation. Installation primarily is parts and smarts subcontractor to Electrical contractor. Required to become Notifier certified. Work in a fast-paced environment, have good time management and communication skills.
