Description : Project Coordinator
Reports To : Operations Manager
Status : Non-Exempt
Job Type : Full Time
The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing the administrative aspects of a project including communication with general contractors, city representatives, and often working closely with the project manager to keep the project running smoothly.
Key responsibilities of a project coordinator :
- Project planning and scheduling
- Creating and updating project documentation, including closing out of those documents when the project is complete
- Facilitate communication between project team members, general contractors, city representatives, and project managers. This includes scheduling meetings and providing updates.
- Submit requests for construction permits and track status of permits
- Communicate with city representatives for permit updates
- Monitor project milestones and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.

Highschool diploma, or GED / equivalent; required
