We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Subscription Specialist with 5 years of solid experience managing subscriptions within a similar services industry. You already possess a strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management; in this role, you will apply your expertise to manage our customer subscriptions efficiently using our specific CRM platform (NetSuite) and internal processes. This role is vital for maintaining accurate customer subscription data.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain all customer subscription information accurately within NetSuite, leveraging your professional experience.
- Process subscription changes (like upgrades or cancellations) correctly and efficiently within NetSuite
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all subscription activities within our system.
- Adhere to our established RapidFire procedures for managing subscriptions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure subscription information is consistent and accurate across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer subscriptions using your existing knowledge and our CRM tools.
Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience as a Subscription Specialist in a similar services industry.
- Demonstrable stable work history with increasing responsibility in subscription management roles.
- Experience using CRM platforms for subscription management; experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required.
- Strong data management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
