Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in powder coating applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting metal products to ensure high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment.
• Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently on metal parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality and uniformity.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and workspace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect work for quality.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and move parts as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and production procedures.

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Powder Coating Technician or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with different types of powder coating materials, colors, and finishes.
• Experience with the use of powder coating spray guns, booths, and ovens.
• Ability to work with various metal substrates and apply coatings in accordance with production specifications.
• Experience in performing quality control checks to ensure finished products meet standards.

There is an opportunity to earn a sign-on perfect attendance bonus of $500 at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days. Total potential sign-on bonus is $2,000.00
