What You'll Do:
- Serve as a critical front-line customer contact.
- Support the sales efforts of RLS and ensure the smooth handling of customer orders from inception to completion.
- Interact with customers to provide timely product knowledge, services, problem resolution, and other inquiries.
- Process and manage customer orders, assist the outside sales team, maintain customer rebate programs, and proactively communicate with Sales Representatives about potential customer issues.
- Prioritize and coordinate order demands with various departments.
- Assist with administrative activities, oversee order retention, investigate freight bills, and support the management of customer inventory programs.
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of progressive customer service experience, with a focus on sales support.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups) and familiarity with order management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, a polished professional appearance, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
