Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the healthcare industry, a strong understanding of medical logistics, and a proven ability to close deals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth within our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare facilities, labs, pharmacies, and clinics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide clients with information on our services, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPls.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market demands

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical courier, or logistics industries.
• Strong understanding of medical delivery services and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
