What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile-Only IV Specialist (RN ONLY) position at Rapid Recovery?

Rapid Recovery is an IV hydration spa looking for experienced RNs who are the "go-to" IV nurse for hard sticks, and understand "luxury experience".
We have many requests for in-home/hotel treatments. Some patients do not feel well enough to come into our office, some are out-of-towners who don't have time, some are simply willing to pay the extra and just plain don't want to leave their house.
This position will cover Tyler and surrounding areas (Whitehouse, Flint, Bullard, Lindale, Mixon). We will be hiring at least 4 nurses for this job opening.
When a patient requests a housecall, we will dispatch that information to our mobile-only nurses. Whoever is first to respond that they are available will let our receptionist know they are "taking the call", then will contact the patient directly to determine eligibility, and the appropriate treatment needed.
That nurse will then go to our office, mix patient's bag (THIS IS WHY YOU MUST BE AN RN), get supplies (go-box), ipad, portable pole, ect.
After checking vitals, etc., administering the IV, and taking payment, the nurse will return the items to the office, and be done!
*The pay:
We will pay $75 for first patient at one location. If there are additional patients at the same location, we will pay $35 for each additional patient (a husband or friend, for example). Mileage is INCLUDED in the $75.
*Safety: We encourage all of our nurses to look up a "street view" of the address, to make sure it looks safe, and you feel comfortable visiting the home. Note: Texas is an open carry state.
*We DO NOT under ANY circumstances access ports. We are not a home health or hospice. You'll be expected to do a thorough phone screening and good faith exam before heading out.
*You MUST have a professional appearance. No facial piercings, visible tattoos, or unnatural-colored hair.
*You MUST wear a Rapid Recovery branded uniform shirt/jacket/scrub top (provided) to ALL calls without exception.
*We're deadly serious about infection control, patient care, and customer service, and expect everyone to go above and beyond to give our patients a world-class experience. You will be trained thoroughly, receive a Policies and Procedures Manual, and be tested on the P&P before being allowed to take calls.
*We require an active Texas (or Multistate) RN license with no current negative attachments, no discipline history, and extensive IV experience (5 years of dedicated IV work such as ER work, pre-op, or L&D). We only work with RNs experienced in IV treatments.
