Here at Rapid Refill we call Shift Leaders our Lead Guest Specialists. As a lead guest specialist you will train and supervise new employees to help them succeed. This role will also support the manager and assistant manager with any needs while also providing great customer service.

What will you do?
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
- Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company.
- Assist the Store Manager with interviews. Trains all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance and safety guidelines.
