Job Description: Project Manager (Construction)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- COI (Certificate of Insurance)
- College Degree or Certificate in Project Management
- Operating Vehicle
- Proper equipment used to inspect spaces efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
