Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Proven record of successful troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Experience as a maintenance leader in a lean manufacturing facility.
• Must be a hands on Manager that works well with his team.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent
• Ideally at least 7-years maintenance supervisory/manager experience. Preferably in a millwork machinery environment.
• Must have 480 volt 3-phase electrical experience and mechanical and hydraulic skills.
• Knowledge of the following: utilities systems, pumps, piping, electrical installation, power distribution, wiring, electronics, relays, controllers and programmable controllers.
• Ability to develop and coach talent.
• Promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Engages, inspires, and motivates
• Knowledge of TPM as a management process developed for improving productivity by making processes more reliable and less wasteful. Also use TPM as an extension of TQM (Total Quality Management). The objective it uses TPM to maintain the plant or equipment in good condition without interfering with the daily process. To achieve this objective, preventive and predictive maintenance is required.
