Job Summary:

As a Dispatcher, you will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring the right actions are taken promptly. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, can multitask, and remains calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound emergency and nonemergency calls
- Collect and accurately document information from callers
- Prioritize calls based on urgency
- Transmit information swiftly to the appropriate person or department
- Direct response units to the necessary locations
- Monitor the status and safety of response teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Familiarity with best practices and procedures for emergency responses
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills
