Part-Time Emergency Transport Driver

QUALIFICATIONS-

Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience driving a police, fire, or ambulance vehicle with emergency red lights and sirens (yellow lights do not apply)

Current or former police officers, firefighters, or career EMS workers only

24-hour on-call shifts

Minimum age of 25

Must live within 20-25 minutes of Augusta, Ga

Clear criminal background check

Clear state driving record verified through DMV, reviewed annually

Successful completion of initial and random drug testing

Attention to quality, safety, and customer service

Professional and service-oriented mindset

Uniforms and badges provided

Emergency driving experience with red lights (not yellow lights)

Emergency Vehicle Operator Course Certificate (Or ability to be trained)

BENEFITS-

Driving (During Active Transports): $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Daily On-Call Rate: $50.00 per day

Expected Hours: 24 – 72 per week

Drivers will transport medical teams, organs, tissues, live donors and supplies using RROT vehicles for both emergent and non-emergent organ procurement transportation

About RROT: RROT collaborates with Organ Procurement Organizations, Transplant Centers, Living Donor Networks, and Laboratories across the Georgia, Florida, South Carolina & North Carolina. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Emergency Vehicle Drivers for SUVs and soon to come tissue donor transport vans.
