Job Description:
As the General Manager of Plumbing, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our customers are satisfied, and our team is motivated and productive. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can balance business acumen with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing service center.
Ensure the efficient scheduling and dispatch of service technicians to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service quality and consistency, making improvements as necessary.
Team Management: train, and manage a team of plumbing technicians and support personnel.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability goals.
Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to improve business profitability.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the business complies with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and permits.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for technicians and staff.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.
