Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sales Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing systems. This role requires expertise in sales of various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. The Plumber will work on construction sites and in residential or commercial settings.
Duties
- Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
- Dependable self-starter who will drive to our sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options.
- Committed to relationship selling with our customers and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy.
- This is an uncapped commission opportunity, take control of what you earn by utilizing your closing skills!
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Plumber or in a similar role within the Residential Plumbing Sales industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and various plumbing systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for job tasks.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.
- Valid plumber's license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential In-Home environment. We prefer professionals in the Skilled Trades business model; Plumbing, HVAC.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
