Dish/Utility Worker

Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Baylor Highschool seeks a motivated and reliable Dish/Utility Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our food service operations, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are maintained clean, safe, and efficient. • Dishwashing & Sanitation:

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean dishwashing station throughout the shift.

• Utility Tasks:

  • Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
  • Helped organize and stock kitchen supplies and equipment.

• Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and orderly.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards by properly cleaning and maintaining all areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Team Support:

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Skills:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items as necessary.
