Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.

- Administering emergency treatment for wounds, injuries, or illnesses,
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients, particularly in areas such as pediatrics, gastroenterology, and hospice palliative medicine.
- Uphold aseptic techniques and sterile processing protocols during procedures.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification with a valid state license.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Proficient in performing vital sign assessments and managing medical records.
