Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute company-sponsored events, including homeowner education seminars, contractor appreciation days, and community outreach programs.
- Represent us at trade shows, networking events, and local gatherings.
- Oversee event logistics, from planning to follow-up, ensuring each event maximizes engagement and strengthens our brand presence.
Community Engagement:
- Act as the face of our company in the community, building connections with homeowners, businesses, and local organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, real estate professionals, contractors, and other complementary businesses to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Attend and actively participate in local networking groups, such as BNI and Chamber of Commerce events, to expand our influence and footprint.
Social Media and Community Group Strategy:
- Manage and execute our social media posting strategy across platforms, including Facebook and Nextdoor, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and schedule posts that promote events, share company updates, and highlight community involvement.
- Monitor and engage with online community groups, fostering positive discussions about our services and answering questions.
Partnership Development:
