WAGE: $18.00-$20.00 Per Hour           Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Plus)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires a commitment to a flexible 40-hour work week, with on-call duties every other weekend. The successful candidate will work closely with our Maintenance Team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the upkeep and functionality of our commercial and industrial buildings. A valid Driver License is necessary to meet travel requirements to multiple work sites in provided company fleet vehicle.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

·         Install, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.

·         Preform minor plumbing and electrical tasks.

·         Complete daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning.

·         Conducts preventative maintenance.

·         Responds to building emergencies.

·         Adhere to and ensures facility safety standards.
