Store Managers lead by example in coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed expectations necessary for the success of our people and business operations. We currently have three positions located in Springfield and surrounding areas.
Store Managers run day-to-day Convenience Store operations ensuring unmatched customer service while supporting the success of Team Members performance! If you have great people skills, strong leadership qualities, a can-do attitude, and management experience, Rapid Robert’s wants you as a member of our Management Team.
$45,000-$48,000 Starting Annually w/Benefits
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and Prepares Team Member work schedules.
- Conducts pre-screening of applicants for employment.
- Conducts and oversees production and workflow of Team Members.
- Responsible for store operations to include customer relations, cash controls, store appearance, merchandizing, administrative functions, and inventory control.
- Promotes Sales Objectives to enhance profitability.
- Completes ordering to ensure product availability for sales floor.
- Provide fast & friendly customer service.
- Operate cash register, conduct credit card and check transactions.
- Maintain store
- Ensure a safe working & shopping environment.
- Presents a professional appearance.
