Position Overview :
We are seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations, manage office resources, and facilitate administrative functions within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling office logistics and administrative tasks. This role is remote, but preference will be given to candidates based in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage office resources, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset tracking and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, process reports, and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting presentations and proofreading documents.
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to support operational needs and compliance processes.

This position is onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C. Telework may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and appropriate Government Task Leads (GTLs).
