What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Leader position at RapidCrew Solutions Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of production and sanitation teams.
- Ensure all sanitation practices are followed to maintain a clean and safe food production environment.
- Delegate production and sanitation tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Place production orders from customers as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and production areas to detect malfunctions and ensure quality and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment, tools, and workspaces.
- Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA regulations related to food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or sanitation in a production environment.
- Strong leadership experience, including supervising a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bilingual in Spanish (English proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices.
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with FDA/USDA sanitation regulations and standards.
- Experience in cleaning and maintaining food production equipment to meet sanitation standards.
Salary : $17 - $25
