Team Lead in Food Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead in Food Manufacturing to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the activities of a team of production workers, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production and operation teams.
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
• Place production orders from customers as needed.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure quality.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA regulations (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Must have experience in the food industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising a minimum of 10 individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift.
