Job Description
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The ability to diagnosis and treat illnesses, perform exams and manage patient care.
Responsibilities
· Perform physical exams
· Diagnosis and treat illnesses
· Prescribe and manage medications
· Interpret lab and x-ray results
· Document and signoff on charts
· Develop treatment plans
· Education patients on healthy lifestyles
· Promote internal referrals
· Manage chronic illnesses
· Promote health and wellness
Requirements
· Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
· Possess a valid RN license
· Complete a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
· Possess an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licenses
· Possess an unrestricted Medical License, CDS, and DEA
· Maintain the appropriate CPR Certification
