- Floating policy: Nursing staff will float to other Medical-Surgical Units in the hospital as needed with priority focus on pulling to Intensive Care Units.
- Patient Experience requirements: Hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, completion of 'My Care Board' during hand-off report; use of AIDET with a focus on compassionate connected care.
