Certification Details ACLS BLS PALS Job Details Rapides Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Candidates must have 1 year pediatric ICU nursing experience. Job Requirements ACLS BLS PALS Schedule Information Rotating weekends. May work mixed schedule of days/nights/weekends to fill scheduling holes as needed. Unit Specific Information Unit is the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Floating Area may include NICU and Nursery. Additional Details Unit has 6 beds. Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse & 1 RN/LPN; Night Shift – 1 charge nurse & 1 RN/LPN. Patient Ratios – 1:1-2. Equipment includes Alaris IV pump, Bair hugger, Kangaroo Feeding Pump, Giraffe infant warmer, Ventilators, BiPap, High Flow O2. EMR – Meditech/Pyxis.
