Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant specializing in Manufacturing & Supply Chain for an onsite role in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Inventory, Procurement (Procure-to-Pay - P2P), Order Management (OM), Work in Progress (WIP), and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain modules.
• Work with business users to analyze and document requirements.
• Configure and optimize Inventory, Procurement, P2P, Order Management, WIP, and BOM modules.
• Provide functional expertise in supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues efficiently.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training.

Required Skills:

10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12 or Cloud preferred).
Strong expertise in Inventory, Procurement (P2P), Order Management (OM), WIP, and BOM.
Experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working with reputable companies in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
