The Colorado Rapids are recruiting for an Office Administrative Assistant to assist the Club’s Director, Executive Operations with a range of administrative tasks.
Nature of Work:
The Office Administrative Assistant will assist the EA with clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring the Executives, EA, and other staff have adequate administrative support to work efficiently. The Office Administrative Assistant ensures smooth running of the Club’s office environment.
Examples of Work Performed:
o Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures, along with other office management duties as they arise.
o Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Chief Business Officer.
o Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required by the Director, Executive Operations.o Assist with presentation preparation as required by the Director, Executive Operations.
o Assist EA with the planning and implementation of Club events throughout the season.
o Assist departments with club-specific onboarding items.
o Manage agendas, travel plans and provide administrative support for Club visitors as requested by the Director, Executive Operations.
o Support budgeting procedures and processes for the Club including invoice management and administration.
o Assist with the maintenance of filing systems.
o Assist with the management of office processes and policies and answer queries from Club employees regarding these processes and policies.
o Other ad hoc Club administrative duties as they arise.
o Work some match days as scheduled.

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Highly organized and flexible with the ability to multitask.
Experience
• Previous office experience required.
• Previous experience assisting an Office Manager or C-Level Executives preferred.
Compensation:
• Base Hourly Range: $24.04 - $26.44
