No Experience Necessary - All Training Provided by Rapids Water Park
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchandise and maintain sales displays
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with their shopping experience
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
- Upsell additional products
- Process transactions in a timely fashion
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit cards and presold vouchers
- Receive payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers or debit cards
- Ability to count money and make change
- Keep a safe and clean work environment
- Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
- Adhere to all grooming, hygiene, and wardrobe policies
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic math skills needed to balance register
- Ability to operate a cash register, and credit card machine
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about upselling
- Be aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision
- Be efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 10 pounds.
