- Key Responsibilities :
- Assist walk-in customers in our showroom, providing expert guidance on commercial kitchen equipment and beer supplies.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, helping customers with their product selection and offering additional items as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing top-tier customer service.
- Stay informed on product knowledge through training sessions, especially in areas related to commercial kitchen appliances and beer supplies.
- Prepare sales quotes, process orders, and communicate pricing and availability.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient showroom and warehouse.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the overall success of the business.
- Skills and Abilities :
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Forklift driving experience is highly desired.
- Knowledge or experience with commercial kitchen appliances and beer supplies is a big plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a retail or wholesale environment preferred.
- Experience with commercial kitchen appliances and / or beer supplies is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
