We are seeking a skilled Lead IT Engineer to join our Product Security and IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell scripting, Hyper-V management, and the creation of hardened Windows images. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and experience with Tenable for vulnerability management. The Lead IT Engineer will be responsible for providing software support and ensuring the security and efficiency of our product IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain Hyper-V environments, including the creation, configuration, and monitoring of virtual machines.
- Create and deploy hardened Windows images to ensure secure and compliant operating environments.
- Utilize Tenable to conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies.
- Provide software support to remote customers and engineering team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and deliver technical solutions.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or equivalent years of industry experience.
- 8 years of work experience in Information Technology or Operational Technology, with a focus in security.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Experience with Hyper-V management, including virtual machine creation and maintenance.
- Expertise in creating and deploying hardened Windows images. (MDT, Customize WIM)
- Familiarity with Tenable for vulnerability management and remediation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in providing software support and technical assistance to end-users.
- Knowledge of PLC and OT systems is a plus.
