We are seeking a Temporary Billing Coordinator to join our team for a three month assignment. Under limited supervision, this individual will perform a variety of routine tasks involving the customer service department's telephone and data entry needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide financial, administrative and clerical services.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.
- Be responsible for performing day to day financial transactions.
- Approve expense reports.
- Verify discrepancies.
- Resolve clients' billing issues.
- Prepare and send invoices / credit memos to customers (commercial and government).
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and recommend solutions to minimize future problems.
- Process vendor invoices for payment.
- Uphold the companys core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
