Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project budgets and cost estimates.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade workers to bring designs to life.
- Provide leadership and maintain effective relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, adjust timelines, and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct quality control to uphold RAPP Construction Management's high standards.
- Train and supervise on-site staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
- Proven experience ( 5 years) in construction project management, preferably in high-end or luxury projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a clean, professional demeanor.
