POSITION SUMMARY :
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Responsible for supporting on-going operations and reports directly to the Department Director.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies.
- Manages SACC employee certification files and client files
- Ensures that all sites have supplies and other materials to effectively manage their programs
- Manages employee scheduling coverage across all SACC sites.
- Attends staff meetings and trainings.
- Prepares SACC parent newsletter templates and other correspondence
- Performs other duties as assigned.
